Zenbox Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 30 September 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zenbox (“Zenbox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”),
an AI-powered email management and productivity platform. By creating an account, accessing, or using Zenbox (the “Service”),
you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
1.1. By registering or using Zenbox, you represent that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
1.2. If you are using Zenbox on behalf of an organization, You confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
2.1. Zenbox is a cloud-based email management platform that offers AI-powered features including but not limited to:

Connecting and syncing with supported email providers (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).

Email prioritization, summarization, and productivity insights.

Tagging, delegation, and workflow integration features.
2.2. We may modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1. You must create an account to access certain features of Zenbox. You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Be solely responsible for all activities under your account.
3.2. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1. You agree to use Zenbox only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. You agree not to:

Use Zenbox to send spam, phishing, malware, or other malicious content.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute Zenbox’s software or content.

Interfere with the functionality, performance, or security of the Service.
4.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
5. AI Features and Disclaimers
5.1. Zenbox uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide features such as email summaries, prioritization, and response suggestions.
5.2. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors.

AI recommendations are for informational and productivity purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before taking action.
6. Data Privacy, Security, and Connected Email Provider Data
6.1. Overview: Our use of data is described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy
6.2. Connected Email Provider Data (All Providers). When you connect a third-party email provider (e.g., Google/Gmail, Microsoft Outlook/Graph, IMAP), and depending on features you enable, Zenbox may access:
- Account identifiers (e.g., account ID, email address, profile name).
- Mailbox metadata (headers, sender/recipient, subject, timestamps, thread/label/folder IDs).
- Message content and attachments (only when required to deliver features you invoke, such as summaries, prioritization, or reply suggestions).
- Mailbox actions/settings you request (e.g., apply labels/categories, archive/move, send/reply).
We use this data solely to provide the features you turn on, protect the Service from abuse, and perform diagnostics.
We do
not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is least-privilege and audited.
You can disconnect providers at any time and request deletion.
6.3.
Google User Data (Limited Use). Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the
Limited Use requirements. We access only the scopes required for features you enable;
we do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising; and we do not allow third-party human access to Google user data
except for security/compliance or customer-initiated support. You can revoke access in your Google Account at any time.

Microsoft Outlook/Graph Data. When you connect Microsoft accounts, we use Microsoft Graph solely to deliver features you enable
(reading mail to display/summarize, applying categories/folders, sending on your instruction).
We do not sell Microsoft data or use it for advertising. You may revoke access in your Microsoft account settings.

Security; Retention; Deletion. We implement industry-standard security measures.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
You may request deletion of stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds (If applicable)
7.1. Zenbox may offer both free and paid subscription plans.
7.2. Subscription fees will be billed according to the plan you select and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7.3. We reserve the right to modify pricing or features at any time, with reasonable prior notice to subscribers.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Zenbox, including its software, branding, trademarks, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent, except as permitted under these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenbox and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
9.2. Zenbox is provided
“as is” and
“as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or error-free performance.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zenbox, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
- Any third-party claims relating to data or content processed through your account.
11. Termination
11.1. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
11.2. Upon termination, your right to use Zenbox will immediately cease. Certain provisions, including those related to intellectual property, liability, and indemnification, will survive termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use of Zenbox after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
